The Quantum Foundation is a perpetual grant-making organization. The private foundation grants funds to approved charitable and certain governmental entities serving Palm Beach County, Florida. 

 Our History

The Foundation was formed in 1995 with the net proceeds from the sale of JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida. The Foundation began making grants in Palm Beach County in June of 1997.

 Our Vision

Palm Beach County is a place where everyone has the opportunity to live healthy lives, regardless of their income, education or background.

 Our Mission

The Quantum Foundation works in Palm Beach County to increase health care access, improve science and health education, and enhance the health care workforce.

On Tuesday, Nov. 13, Quantum Foundation hosted a “Season of Caring”-themed breakfast event to award grants totaling $500,000 to 43 small, grassroots organizations in Palm Beach County.
